the 2 storey house in the Estates of Panorama is near completion. everything in the house was upgraded and it backs onto the pathway which leads to the ravin/pond. there is an identical house completed in Dec 2006 now listed at 630,000.00 (backs onto another neighbours yard). My price is very negotiable if closing is before I take possession from my builder. after that date, my price will go up to current market value, which many realtors have estimated around 640,000.00+.
