I have a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The house is walking distance to Mount Royal College, next to a convenient bus route , and a very short drive to down town and UofC. The house has all the amenities- washer, dryer , dishwasher etc. The room I have for rent is in the basement ( don't worry it has a window) Also, directly off the bedroom is a living room for your use only. Upstairs is a shared area - Kitchen, Living room etc.

The home has three bedrooms and a den, however I am only looking to have one roommate- that way we both have our fair share of personal space. There is a decent sized backyard and plenty of street parking.

I am a young professional working downtown. I am outgoing, fun and very clean. I am looking for a non smoking roommate who shares these qualities.
