Very nice home in upscale area, close to shopping mall, Starbucks, 2 door garage paved lane, close to 16 ave minutes away to downtown, 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/5 baths very good condition quiet professional area, kitchen is amazing!!
area is nicer then out of reach nw communities, deep south communites, home quality doesnt compare to the new garbage homes, you will enjoy over 4-6 METRES spaced from the homes next to you. Basement needs a kitchen if you want one there, its cat5 networked, basically there our media outlets everyhwere, each has 1 or 2 quality coax wires, 1-2 cat 5 (internet) and another wire for phone (you can easly add up to 3 lines to any outlet, its done professionaly, great for satellite, having a network printer plugged in anywhere, its better then wireless since 2.4 ghz is used a lot and bandwidth will never compare to wired connection, why pay for a 10mb internet connection using wireless when the max you will only get is 3?
