Description One of the finest views in Costa Rica combined with a superbly built house and large elegant swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi tubs. The third bedroom is presently equipped as an office but easily convertible. We have a third bathroom for guests and an extra large laundry. In addition there is a strong room for all your tools with a built in wall safe and the garage sports a nice size space for working.
While many feel the mountain breezes are enough to keep one cool we have included individual air conditioners in each major room to save on electricity

The property is near a friendly village with a small supermarket (ten minutes) and thirty minutes from Turrialba which has a very good large supermarket managed by WalMart. We are ninety minutes from the outskirts of San Jose and sixty minutes from the Caribbean Beaches. There are two completed homes on the property and four more are in various stages of construction. There are also two lots still available for sale.
